Event & project summer intern

• Help plan and coordinate events from concept to execution
• Manage project timelines, task lists and follow-ups
• Research and contact venues, vendors and suppliers
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and collaborators
• Cover events on social media — Instagram stories, TikTok and reels
• Create content that captures the energy of our events and reflects the Curls and Fro’s brand
• Assist with on-site coordination and logistics on event days
• Write post-event recaps and contribute to debriefs
