Curls & Fro’s was founded by Laila Alaoui a born leader, passionate about curly hair with a lot of experience in the F&B and Event industry. Because of the growth of C&F, Laila had to partner up with a a solid team, who help run the business and take C&F to the next level.

Curls & Fro's is a community that gathers curly hair enthusiasts in all different kind of settings (events, workshops, etc.). With the rise of social media, today's generation is much more aware of the importance of keeping their hair natural and embrace its beauty.
Our mission is to make people with naturally textured hair feel beautiful, celebrated and seen. Curls & Fro's was created to advise, educate and share the love for textured hair. And make brands aware of what this community needs to achieve that. We want to bridge the gap between the community and professionals.
